Ballona Wetlands Bird Walk

Join us for a walk through L.A.’s only remaining saltwater marsh and the adjacent rocky jetty. Park and meet at the Del Rey Lagoon parking lot off of Pacific Ave. at 8 a.m. Directions: Take the Marina Fwy (90) to Culver Blvd and turn left for a mile. Turn right on Pacific Ave.  The lot is on the right.  Lot or street parking is usually not a problem.  (As of Apr. 2019, a portion of Pacific Ave is closed; take Esplanade St. and Convoy St. to get around the closure).  Three hour walk.  ‘scopes helpful.
