Mary and Nick Freeman are seeking additional volunteers to help with coverage on the annual Lancaster CBC in Antelope Valley on Saturday December 20, 2025.  They are short of counters and we need to fill a few voids.  The count has proven to flush up some great surprises the past few years. Come join us to bird the high desert part of Los Angeles County!  We have a lunch time meeting at 12:30PM, where Nick’s FAMOUS and AMAZING BROWNIES will be available to all counters!

Half/full day (but why WOULDN’T you bird all day?), start/finish times, bird-mobile/caravan all up to the teams. We thank you in advance! Please contact Mary and Nick, and they will assign you an area, or a team to join other birders for the count. More info to come.
