A RED-NECKED GREBE was in the Los Angeles Harbor by Terminal Island through April 12. It has been visible from near the Japanese Fishing Memorial.
An INCA DOVE as at Lake Los Angeles (town) on April 5 along Sweetaire Ave.
A WHITE-WINGED DOVE was in Rancho Palos Verdes from April 9-11.
A PECTORAL SANDPIPER was along the Los Angeles River in Long Beach (at the Willow Street crossing) on April 11.
A SOLITARY SANDPIPER continued at the lake at Hansen Dam and at the spreading basins just below the dam through April 13.
Another SOLITARY SANDPIPER continued at Coyote Creek Bikeway in La Mirada through April 6 and one was along the Los Angeles River in Long Beach on April 14.
A RED-THROATED LOON was again at the Earvin Magic Johnson Recreation Area in Willowbrook from April 9-12.
Inland BROWN PELICANS continued at Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas through April 15 and at the Hollywood Reservoir through April 15.
A WESTERN CATTLE-EGRET was at Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas on April 10.
A CRESTED CARACARA was seen in Griffith Park on April 7 in the area north of the Griffith Observatory.
The TROPICAL KINGBIRD at the San Gabriel Coastal Basin Spreading Grounds in Pico Rivera was seen through April 5. It is often seen on the east side adjacent Mines Ave.
Another TROPICAL KINGBIRD continued at El Dorado Park in Long Beach through April 7 in Area 3.
The THICK-BILLED KINGBIRD continued along the Mineral Wells Trail in Griffith Park through April 15.
WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS were in Sierra Madre on April 6, along the Los Angeles River at Willow Street through April 14, At Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas through April 8, at the Ballona Freshwater Marsh on April 11 and along Sand Canyon Road in Santa Clarita on April 13.
A GREEN-TAILED TOWHEE continued at Pomona College through April 15, south of the Sontag Greek Theater.
The OVENBIRD along the Los Angeles River (east side just above Willow Street) was seen through April 10.
A NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH was at Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas on April 9 by the old green pier on the north side of the lake.
BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLERS were by Monte Verde Park in Lakewood through April 8, at New River Park in Norwalk from April 13-14 and at Highridge Park in Rolling Hills Estates on April 14.
A TENNESSEE WARBLER continued at Barnsdall Park in Los Angeles through April 12 (east side, east of the Barnsdall Gallery Theater).
A CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLER was along Ballona Creek (north side) at McConnell Ave. just upstream from the 90 Freeway from April 4-13.
Another CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLER continued on the USC Campus just west of Bovard Auditorium.
A PALM WARBLER continued at Belvedere Park in East Los Angeles through April 14 (south of the lake). A PINE WARBLER continued in the northeast part of the park through April 8.
The BLACK-THROATED GREEN WARBLER at Hahamongna Watershed Park in Pasadena was seen through April 5 north of the lower west side parking lot and by Frisbee Golf hole 2.
A SUMMER TANAGER was along the San Gabriel River West Fork above Azusa on April 14.
A male INDIGO BUNTING was at Sand Dune Park in Manhattan Beach from April 14-15.
